syflex CPU cores number/load ratio

Despite many ppl say that cloth can not be correctly multithreaded, syflex loads my cpu (4 cores) at 60-70%, which is pretty great compare to 25% houdini(claimed to have multithreaded cloth solver) or blender gives.
The question is, if i bought 8-core CPU, will syflex still give me that nice 60% load? Maybe someone had experience or knows theoretical part well...
