particle blob... alter the basic shape??

Post by thorsnuts » 17 Jun 2013, 18:22

Hello.. I was wondering if there's a way to make the blob effect not so spherical looking? Is there a way to roughen up the shape a bit, or add in something so it doesn't look lie a bunch of spheres molding together?

How could I make it look more organic?

thanks for the time.

Definitively there are blob systems, having more parameters to tweak, than just one "blobblend"
attribute in SI. But no one seems to be enough for believable fluid look, if this is what you want. Usually, mesh created form blobs, is processed later, using something similar to relax operator in SI. I'd go first with built in polygonizer, instead of tweaking the blobs, as it already have options for post-process.

that's pretty help thank you... I was playing with polygonizer and thought that might be best, but didn't know if there were better options.

thank you.
