As soon as you start asking real questsions you gonna get help.

For the start, use the forum search function and search for hair ;)

Helli does have a point (albeit a blunt one): Try to be a little more specific about what you actually want to achieve, when asking these kinds of questions. Could you, for instance, post a screen shot of what you are working on, to give us a better idea of the problem you're facing?
;)

I partially understood his question, although parts of his question are missing detail. To the author, just rephrase your question, some people have patience while others will throw you to the curb as they lack no patience.

Okey I guess I understood now.

You need to use some sort of kristinka or melena setup (ice strands as hair).
So first of all I would try to do some tests and set up a rig for your hair (what you want to do needs to be done with a rig controlling the hair and some secondary hair simulation on top of it).

But actually thats not rly an easy task. Have you any experience using strands in ice ?

Then you got some learning in front of you.

I would start doing a basic long hair setup with either kristinka or melena, then try to deform that hair setup with curves (which you can deform by a rig then).

And last try to do the setup you need.

What ?

I never mentioned to post a finished setup here ?

What did you decide for and gave it a try ? Melena or kristinka ?
