I am sure that title is greatly misleading so here it is again. I need somehow to UV map geometry so every face of it occupies 0-1 range of UV space. It will lead to overlapping but that is something I need.
Option that does this in Modo is called Barycentric, if this can help to explain better what am trying to achieve.
Is this achievable in XSI?

UV Mapping Per Face
This script maps the whole UV(0,0)-(1,1) space to each polygon (work best with 4-sideds).
Select a polygon mesh object, then run the script. A documentation sample converted
