for those interested in this discussion and want to understand what transpired... https://github.com/caron/PyQtForSoftimage/issues/2 to review, PyQtForSoftimage needs to use a registered command to create a PyQt dialog. i think it has to do with persistence of objects when run from the script editor...

thanks for the continued updates.the 'fast delete' you mention, is this just a general observation or is it relevant to your slice compound? in other words when would you want to just delete all polygons?

hey piotrek thanks for the source code! but i see you are using a visual studio 2010 library parallel patterns library (ppl.h) which means i can't compile this with visual studio 2008. i know i know, upgrade right? well thats not an option at this time, i was also trying to make a cmake build system...
