OMG ... i find the solution by chance after writing this thread ..
For anyone face this problem : Just put any value (Like AAA or anything ) in : Vertex Color Display Property in the OpenGl Display Tab , then xsi will ignore the vertex color and show material color or texture .

I'v an object with tanget propert apply to it for normal map , my problem is : it's force the viewport to display it's color instead of the material color ?
