Mine will be released at the end of the month.
as long as the input geometry is not degenerate
(no funky connectivity) it has no problems.
It doesn't use the built-in booleans.

I don't really know what exactly you are tryin to do, but you could
put the weight-map spreading nodes in an ICE tree in the Animation section
and in the separate point cloud put the emission nodes

why don't you use a separate point cloud for the ICE tree and feed into it the animating geometry?

Yes, that's the reason i made it. Just call "Fracture" on the new pieces again, with a point cloud of your choice to seed the voronoi and break things to your heart's content ;) you can even use pre-fractured geometry styled the way you want it (if you want to avoid the voronoi cell look)

Concatenates (merges) per-point attributes (even arrays) into per-object arrays.
Just drop the *.dll files into your "c:\users\<Name>\Autodesk\Softimage_XXXX\Application\Plugins\" folder
and restart XSI.
As always use at your own risk.

the physx rigid bodies are ready but there are a few issues to solve.
fortunately i have also been working on a Bullet implementation during the
time i was frustrated with physx, so i cannot say at the moment which
one will make it in the final release.

Sorry i forgot to mention,
the objects must oriented across the Y axis,
on the XY plane.
Rotate it 90 degrees clock-wise and freeze its rotation,
before trying to deform it.

File->Plugin Manager->SPDLs(Tab)->Install,
and choose the folder where the spdl is.
before installing make sure the dll is in the same folder
because (normally) it will copy it as well.
