Hello ! Well, it's April 2024 and I'm trying to install this addon :-) It seems if the workgroup version with all the required dependencies has a link that is no longer available or valid. Thank you very much. But the real is that the current version of the GES importer/exporter is very buggy. It works only on trivial scenarios. When the scene in Blender slightly more complicated or it contains some non-trivial materials, then the export may fails or the import into Softimage may be ...

Ok, so I've been looking into this and it seems like maybe point oven transfer might be the way to go.... either that or alembic. I'll continue to research. If anyone actually knows the procedure or has hints or tips that might help me in the meantime, I'm all ears Cheers !

Whatever became of the collection of general scripts / tools that used to be found in the Netview ? As I recall they were removed and then made available at the Autodesk "Area" forum. I may be mistaken but I think all that stuff is long gone now, so does anyone know where they can be found...
