I am trying to debug w/ VS2012 against Softimage 2014 and it will not let me connect. " The system can not find the file specified"
I Attach to "Native Code".
Any advice ?
Reboot seemed to fix everything.

Kicking a Soccer Ball Advice
I have motored and cleaned up some BVH onto XSI man. He is running up to and kicking a soccer ball. What do you folks advise I do to get some animation on the soccer ball itself.
I am wondering if I should apply a force and then grab the animation from that.

Re: Mixing Image with Arch Shader
Relax man. No one is dissing you from what I see.
So it ain't your shader. hmmm Are your UV's out of 1,0 and texture wrap is off. Are your faces inverted. Post the scene and let people have a peek at it. I know I'm curious

Re: Mixing Image with Arch Shader
Check your alpha channel in the color picker ? Isolate it and post the scene. Sometimes I just cut my losses and rebuild everything and it works.

Re: Mixing Image with Arch Shader
I just tried it and it worked. All default node values. Are you sure you have UV's on it?

I can recommend that MR book from a beginners point of view as well. Every time I hit a wall, I pick it up again.
