Is there a way to Constraint a null to an object's XZ position only? I would like to have the null unaffected by orientation, scale and y position.

I'm trying to achieve a look using turbulize mesh, but I'd like to break it up using weight maps - So certain areas are effected and others not.

Hello.. I'm thinking of using Modo for my modeling, but Softimage would still handle rendering and animation. My question... Modo has edge weighting for hard surfaces.. thanks for advice... I ended up using the spotty weight map idea, which i had thought of, but i figured the coagulate force would look much better. Can I ask another question then...
