thanks a lot X for the scene ^-^
I'm playing around with an idea for a laser fence ... ICE simu is so cool, but I'm more a feature dev than up to learning and maintaining all the simu stuff (

Re: Laser-Beam Constrain over moving Mirrors
... seems the "ns_RayGun.2.0.xsicompound" can't be just dragged and dropped into the Softimage 2015 window ... think i remember that was the way to add an addon in XSI those times.
When opening the plugin-manager, it requires other file types such as python, dll etc.
What can i do ?

Laser-Beam Constrain over moving Mirrors

Instanciate 1 seat to amphitheater formation auditorium
Hi, what is a typical way to instantiate a seat (cube) model to a amphitheater formation auditorium with ICE ? So each cube is faced to the center of the stage, and each outer row of cube-seats is a bit elevated to the inner cube-seats, and offset so each cube looks through in between two cubes in-f...

Re: Using SI-on-board and off-board rigged character
hm ya seems the wheel needs to be re-invented each time.
Medium photorealistic type is fine here for my medium simple presentation stuff.
Rt now i've fallen back to photoshop because of lack of having a functional 3d workflow for characters and positioning
