Re: GEAR 1.1 released

Thanks Hirazi! Good to know that! @Pancho - Python 2 & Python 3 should AFAIK be able to coexist! @kcsaba - Your info seems slightly outdated. For Softimage 2014 the following applies: For Windows and Linux, the version that is installed with Softimage is Python v2.7.3. The version of the pywin32...

Re: GEAR 1.1 released

Re: GEAR 1.1 released

Try the modified gear mc, you don't have to install anything, just set the python path. Do some search on vimeo how to make it work. You will get it between td survivor's video.

Hi Guys,

I have a problem related to the head. Rotating the "neck_C0_head_ctl" control scale down the head geometry. Is anybody experienced a problem like this?

Re: pyWin Version requirment

Sorry for this noob question, but I want to clear this again. This means you have to use the newest python (regarding your system) and the corresponding pywin. I heard, xsi doesn't support any pywin. Is it true? I had pretty much problem with gear, and Shed's poselib. In case of gear older posts lin...
